Membership Information Overseas
LOOK4APROPERTY.COM receives over 1 million visitors a month to its website, making it an ideal location to showcase your properties online to a wide audience.
LOOK4APROPERTY.COM is a highly effective targeted online advertising medium. Please note, we do not get involved in Commission Splits/Share arrangements, rather we simply charge you a monthly fee in the same way that a Newspaper would charge an advertiser for advertising in its Newspaper.
Our minimum monthly charge is £75 (GBP), so please ensure you have at least 100 properties to advertise to ensure you get the best value for money.
Payment
Payment can only be made by Direct Debit if you are based in the UK or by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS if you are a non-UK based business. No other payment methods are accepted. If you pay by Credit Card a 3% Credit Card Handling Fee will be charged in addition to your monthly fees.
Advertising Fees
The following MONTHLY charges will apply:

| 751 – 1000 | £1000 GBP |
| 1001 + | £1500 GBP |
Complete our Overseas Agent Documentation (Overseas Agent Registration Pack). And fax this back to us on the number stated and your account will be opened within 24 hours.
If you are a UK based business, please ensure you complete the Direct Debit Mandate. However, if your business is based outside of the UK, please ensure you complete the Credit Card Payment section and also ensure you also attach a clear photocopy of your credit card (front and reverse). This is a security requirement to prevent fraud. Please note, we cannot open your account without this.
Please also confirm what method you will be using to upload your Overseas Property Listings onto the site, i.e. manually or by software provider.

Cancellation
As there is no minimum contract term, you are free to cancel your membership with us at any time by giving us one month’s notice by email.
